Fully Certified Realization Process Teacher with Advanced Trauma Repair & Healing Through Embodiment

In their words…
  • “Katherine is a wonderful mentor with an incredibly warm approach. She guided me through the whole process, making me feel very comfortable about an approach that I had not previously utilized. I felt as though I was solving my own problems, whereas other styles of healing tried to release control of my experiences to the mentor, uncover an embarrassing or traumatic event, or lecture me about my own trauma. Her friendly style does not get in the way of her professionalism, either. She always made sure that protocols were followed, and she even followed up with me so that I stayed accountable and respected the guidelines of the approach.”

    -Client

  • “Katherine's warm and inviting personality established a deep sense of safety for me from the very first Qigong class I attended. Whether in a group or individual training, Katherine honors every participant with her full attention and gentle grace. Under her mentorship, my awkward, self-conscious body awareness has evolved to a deep, heart-centered connection to the earth and to others. I am constantly delighted by the new things she brings forth when we gather, be it a gem of wisdom, an intuitive observation or a curious question to ponder. Katherine's sparkling enthusiasm is contagious. She has a gift for bringing people together and creating joyful experiences!”

Much of our movement in life leads us to seek our center, the center.

Circling the invisible center is the archetypical pattern of life. When movement from the center becomes embodied in a conscious and unified way, stillness resides within our movements throughout all life.

The Realization Process

The Realization Process brings us to this centering stillness, the ground of our being. The ground of our being is the connection to that place within us that has never been damaged in any way. An experience of the stillness within which has many names yet is unnamable. Coming to that place is the journey of embodiment.

The Realization Process offers a series of gentle yet immensely powerful practices for directly realizing our fundamental, non-dual dimension of consciousness, refining the senses, letting go of our habitual grip, and releasing holding patterns of psychological origins into deeply settled embodiment.
